Benefits Summit Summit at Sundance
I spent four years with ADP’s sales training organization, and the coolest event I participated in was ADP’s Benefits Summit at Sundance.
The Summit was an opportunity to give serious prospects an opportunity to visit ADP's Benefits Solution Center, which is located in Salt Lake City.  Here they could tour the facility, hear in-depth presentations from the management team, and meet current customers and hear their testimonials.
The meeting organizers decided to host the meeting in January during the Sundance Film Festival, which is hosted in nearby Park City. In addition to covering all of their expenses for the trip, event participants were also treated to two of the movies that were making their premiere at Sundance.

My role at the Benefits Summit was to film and photograph the entire event, including a client panel discussion. I then packaged everything on DVDs.  Sales managers sent the DVDs to their prospective clients, and also used the DVDs as a training tool for new hires.
For the 2010 DVD, I created the menu interface using the Sundance Film Festival guest pass and movie ticket design.  The guest pass shows the topic for each menu and the movie tickets are the menu choices.  I used a photo I took at Canyons Ski Resort, which is in Park City, for the menu background and DVD label.
